Effective Date: July 7, 2026

Last Updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Revonix ("Revonix," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website at https://www.revonix.dev (the "Site"), create an account, or use our website design and CRM platform (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Introduction

Revonix provides premium website design services and a sales CRM platform built for agencies, including tools such as a pipeline dashboard, prospecting features, a client portal, a login portal, and a booking system. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our Site, prospective customers who contact us, and registered users of our platform ("Users," "you").

We are committed to being transparent about what information we collect and why. This policy is written to be clear and understandable, not just legally technical.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Billing information (processed through our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 8)
  • Account information (login credentials, account settings, workspace/CRM data you enter)
  • Analytics data (general usage and technical data related to how the Site and Services are used)
  • Communications you send us, such as messages submitted through contact forms, the booking system, or client dashboard

We do not currently collect information through cookies or similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information through:

  • Account registration, when you create a Revonix account
  • Contact and inquiry forms on the Site
  • Checkout and payment, processed through Stripe
  • The booking system, when you schedule a call or appointment
  • The client dashboard and login portal, as part of normal use of the Services
  • Our own built-in CRM and email system, when you or your team use these tools within your Revonix account
  • Our hosting provider (Vercel), which may automatically log limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and device information) as a standard part of operating and securing the Site — this is separate from cookie-based tracking and is not used to build advertising profiles

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Create and maintain your account
  • Provide and operate the Services, including the CRM, booking system, and client dashboard
  • Process payments and billing through Stripe
  • Send transactional and marketing emails using our own in-house email system
  • Analyze and improve the Site and Services
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Revonix does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies on the Site.

Any technical or usage data we collect (such as basic server logs from our hosting provider) is limited to what is necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Site, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

If this changes in the future — for example, if we implement analytics or advertising cookies — we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and contractors who help us operate the business (for example, our hosting provider, Vercel)
  • Payment processors, specifically Stripe, to process transactions
  • Legal authorities, if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality practices

We do not share personal information with third-party advertisers, since we do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels.

7. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business:

  • Stripe — for payment processing (see Section 8)
  • Vercel — for website hosting

These third parties may collect or process certain information according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Revonix does not control how these third parties handle data beyond the services they provide to us.

Our CRM, booking system, client dashboard, and email system are built and operated in-house by Revonix and are not third-party tools.

8. Payments

Payments made through the Site are processed both on-site and through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe handles the collection and processing of payment card information directly; Revonix does not directly store full payment card details on our own servers. Billing information (such as name, billing address, and transaction details) may be retained by Revonix as needed to manage your account and provide the Services.

For more information on how Stripe handles data, please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. User Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Contact us with any privacy-related requests or questions

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 18. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

12. Email Marketing and Communications

We may send you emails related to your account, service updates, billing, customer support, or marketing, using our own in-house email system. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us directly. Note that you may still receive transactional or account-related emails (such as billing notices) even if you opt out of marketing communications, where necessary to operate your account.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 18.

14. State, National, and International Privacy Rights

Revonix is based in Florida, United States, and our Services may be used by customers and users in various locations. Depending on where you are located, additional privacy laws may apply to you, such as certain U.S. state privacy laws (including California's privacy laws) or, for users in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR or UK GDPR.

We aim to honor applicable privacy rights to the extent required by law based on your location. We do not currently claim full compliance with any specific state, national, or international privacy framework beyond what is described in this Policy, and we encourage users with specific legal questions about their rights to contact us directly so we can address requests appropriately.

15. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard way to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently than it would otherwise. As noted above, we do not use cookies or tracking technologies at this time.

16. Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Stripe's payment pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

18. Contact Information
